RAVENNA, Ohio – Notre Dame College began the fall 2022 season by staying close to home at Windmill Lakes Golf Club for the Falcon Fall Invite. The Falcons finished in third place, with a two-day score of 676, and two student-athletes were in the top 10.
On day one, the Falcons found themselves in second place, sitting at a team score of 332.
Olivia Jackson posted an 80 on day one, leading the way for the Falcons and in the top 5, individually.
The second day brought some challenges as almost every team's score increased by a few strokes. Jackson, again, was at the top of the board for NDC, finishing the day with an 82. She posted a 162 for the weekend, good enough for T4 on the leaderboard.
Erin Frey (83-85) would also finish in the top ten, posting a 168 for the first outing of the year and coming in at T8.
As a team, the Falcons were just four strokes behind Westminster College (672).
Notre Dame will head to Alliance, Ohio on Sunday for the Mount Union Invite.
