This Week: The Notre Dame College swimming and diving team will hit the water for the Midseason Invite hosted by Oberlin College. The meet will take place over three days starting on Thursday Nov. 17 and going until Saturday Nov. 19. The Falcons will see competition from OC, Alfred State, Allegheny College, Baldwin-Wallace University, Chatham University, Penn State Altoona, Penn State Behrend, Salem International, SUNY Brockport, Transylvania University and Wheeling University.

Coaches Corner: Notre Dame is led by
Stephanie Mulvin who enters her sixth season with the Falcon swimming and diving program. Mulvin has three MEC Championship trophies under her belt, after coaching the men's side to three consecutive conference crowns in 2020, 2021 and 2022.Â

Noting the Women's side: Notre Dame is coming off a busy stretch where they fell to Ashland University 140-89 and Wooster 168-100, before defeating Bluffton 193-15.

Senior
Brooke Dobrzanski carried the weight for the Falcons over the aforementioned weekend by winning five of the seven events she swam in, including taking second place in the other two. Dobrzanski reigned victories in the 50 yard freestyle, twice (25.93 and 26.06), 400 yard free relay, twice (3:50.43 and 3:50.99) and 100 yard freestyle (56.84).

Courtney Ledbetter and
Alexis Torosian who each turned in multiple victories during their last time in the water.

Noting the Men's side: Back on Nov. 4-5 the Falcons were last in the water where they fell to Ashland 155.5-61.5 and Wooster 186-76, while beating Bluffton 194-6.

Junior
Ashton Smith and redshirt senior
Adonis Thomas paved the way for NDC over this weekend. Smith claimed four victories in the 50 yard freestyle, twice (22.00 and 21.87), 400 free relay (1:40.52) and the 100 yard butterfly (52.97). Thomas was also a member of the 400 free relay, as well as winning the 200 yard backstroke (2:01.22).
