Biography
2022-23: Tallied four All-MEC awards at the GMAC/MEC Championships... Earned Second Team All-MEC in the 200 Butterfly... Named Honorable Mention All-MEC in the 400 Medley, 200 Backstroke and 200 Medley Relay.
2021-22: Earned First Team All-MEC in the 200 Butterfly at the GMAC/MEC Championships... Tabbed with Second Team All-MEC honors in the 200 Backstroke and 400 IM.Â
2020-21: Picked up Second Team All-MEC in the 400 Medley...Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2019-20: Became the first swimmer in program history to win Mountain East Conference Freshman of the Year... At the GMAC/MEC Championships, he took First Team All-MEC in the 400 Medley and 200 Butterfly... Earned Second Team All-MEC in the 200 Medley and 200 Backstroke... The freshman also broke school records with a time of 4:15.52 in the 400 Medley and a time of 1:57.63 in the 200 Backstroke... During the regular season, at the Mid-Season Invite at Oberlin College, he finished second in the 200 fly and his time of 1:57.08 was third best in NDC history.
High School: Participated in swimming at Ygnacio Valley High School... Named All-League in 2016.
Personal: Son of Nora and Lawrence Thomas... Majoring in communication.
