The Notre Dame College men's and women's golf team kept their season rolling as both teams competed at the Glade Springs Intercollegiate Invitational over the weekend. The women finished third while the men ended the weekend in 17th.

The women's team continued to improve as they scored 649 (334, 315) to place third behind Gannon University and Charleston over the two days at Glade Springs. The Falcons team score of 315 on day two was the second-best team round score in the women's program history.

Three Falcons finished Top 10 on the weekend.
Macie Hysell led the Falcons and finished third after a two-day score of 155 (82 and 73). Hysell's round-two score of 73 was the best score of the invite, on either day. A pair of Falcons finished tied for ninth, scoring 160 as
Alexandra Cardi (84, 76) and
Armani Shepherd (81, 79) both improved from day one to two.

Jimmy Graham led the men's team with a two-day three round score of 243 (74, 89, 80) to finish 66th, not far behind the rest of the Falcons,Â
Hunter Rinkus (85, 82, 78) and
Nithipol Tuangthong (82, 84, 79) both had a score of 245 and finished 69th.

Looking ahead the men's team gets ready for the Mercyhurst Invitational in Erie, PA this weekend September 21-23. The women's team receives a break as they don't play until September 29 at Ursuline College.
