#Luke Holmes# was named the NAIA Men's Soccer National Offensive Player of the Week for games played on Sept. 6-12.
Holmes, a junior from Oldham, England, totaled 16 points in three wins for the fourth-ranked Falcons last week. On Sept. 7, Holmes notched a penalty kick goal in the 4-0 win over John Carroll. Then, in back-to-back matches he posted a hat trick in each of the victories over St. Francis (Ill.) and Benedictine-Springfield (Ill.). He currently stands eight goals shy Jeremy Kephart's all-time record with 56 career markers. After leading the NAIA in goals scored in 2009 (29), Holmes is first in the NAIA in total assists (6) and second in total points (26) . (

Holmes and #Daniel Knight# were selected the AMC Men's Soccer Players of the Week for games played on Sept. 6-12. They were instrumental in leading the fourth-ranked Falcons to three shutout victories.
Holmes, is the AMC Offensive Player of the Week. He netted seven goals and dished out two assists in the three matches.
Knight, a junior from Abergele, Wales, is the AMC Defensive Player of the Week. He played every minute in helping NDC to extend their shutout string to seven in a row to start the season.
The Falcons, 7-0 overall, allowed just one shot on goal against John Carroll. They surrendered four at Saint Francis and three versus Benedictine-Springfield.
