Connor O'Reilly have been given All-Region Second Team honors from the United Soccer Coaches (USC) for the 2023 season. The men's soccer program has had at least three USC All-Region honorees in five of the last six years. (

The Falcons finished the season with a record of 11-4-4 and closed the regular season as the No. 2 seed in the Mountain East Conference. NDC also qualified for the NCAA Division II Tournament for the second consecutive season.

Pineda has now been named All-Region by both the USC and the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) following his first season with NDC. He was also recognized by the MEC with a First Team all-conference award. The Guadalajara, Mexico native was second on the team in minutes played, at 1,605, and he helped the Notre Dame defense hold opponents to an average of 1.16 goals per game. On the offensive side of the field, he totaled three goals and had a two-goal performance on Sept. 20, against Wheeling.

Armah appeared in a game for the first time in three seasons, when he played against Lake Erie, on Aug. 31. He scored a goal in that contest. The forward from Accra, Ghana earned an All-MEC First Team award for the first time in his career after leading the team, and ranking second in the conference, with seven assists. He was tied for fourth on the team with three goals and tied for second with 13 points.
O'Reilly is earning an All-Region award from the USC for the first time in his career. The 2023 First Team All-MEC member was third on the team in minutes played this season, at 1,536, as a midfielder for the Falcons. Between Sept. 20 and Sept. 27, O'Reilly either scored, had an assist, or tallied one of each in the four games during that span. The native of Letterkenny, Ireland also had back-to-back game-winning goals against Salem and W.Va. Wesleyan, in September.
