Madison Luckett, the Dragons responded with four unanswered goals to upend a short-handed NDC unit, 4-1.
The game started slow for the first 15 minutes until junior
Madison Marino ripped a shot in the 17
th minute which required tending by the TU keeper, and went out for an NDC corner. A moment later, freshman
Hannah Smith delivered the corner into the box, where Luckett waited on the receiving and buried in the back of the net. The Warren, Ohio native gave Notre Dame the 1-0 advantage in the 18
th minute.

rd minute, Falcon keeper
Victoria Long was shown a red card, which resulted in the equalizing goal for the Dragons. The score remained 1-1 into the half.
Playing with 10 players for the remainder of the contest, Notre Dame and new keeper
Kyra Grzely faced a tall task. The junior recorded four of her career-high six saves during the second half, but Tiffin's offensive prowess was too much. The Dragons posted goals in the 53

th, and 69
th minutes to win by a score of 4-1.
Leading Notre Dame's offense was Luckett with three shots and her first goal of the season. Marino also added three shots, while freshman
Maridza Desir tallied two. As aforementioned, Smith was credited with her first assist of the season after a quality corner kick.
The Notre Dame College women's soccer team will begin Mountain East Conference play on Wednesday Sept. 7 at 7:30 p.m. at West Liberty.
