Anaya Edwards,
Jordan Pasalaqua and

The Falcons concluded 2023 with a 10-4-3 (9-4-1- MEC) record, amassing their most wins since 2019, including the most conference wins since 2018. Notre Dame earned the No. 2 seed in the MEC North Division, extending the Falcons streak of making the conference tournament every year since joining the MEC in 2013.
First Team All-MEC
Miriam Szijarto
- Led the team, the MEC and tied third in NCAA Division II with 17 goals scored
- Totaled 37 points to lead the team, the MEC and tied fourth in nation
- Seated second in NDC single season history for goals scored, including the most since 1996
- Tied for the most game-winning goals (6) and third-most in points in NDC single season history

Anaya Edwards
- Played in and started all 17 matches this season, totaling 1,323 minutes
- Cornerstone to the NDC defense which produced five shutouts
- Added one goal and one assist, tallying three points

Jordan Pasalaqua
- NDC program leader in career minutes (7,064), games played (79), wins (37) and saves (341), second in shutouts (27)
- Grabbed a career-high 84 saves this season, ranking fifth in NDC single season history
- Ranked third in the MEC in save percentage (.840), fourth in saves, tied fourth in shutouts and fifth in goals against average (.970)
Second Team All-MEC
Ashley Rainho
- Played in and started all 17 matches this season, totaling 1,365 minutes
- Facilitated a team-high six assists, tied fourth-most in the MEC
- Produced three goals and totaled 12 points, the third and second-best marks on the team
