Box Score
SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio – The Notre Dame Falcons lost another tightly contested battle at home, falling in four sets at home to Davis and Elkins.

In the opening set, the Senators held a modest, 7-5 advantage, before they went on a 10-2 run to take a commanding, 17-7 lead, and never looked back, winning the opening set, 25-14.

The second set went right down to the wire. Neither team was able to take a big lead, and the Senators had a 24-22 advantage, before the Falcons caught fire and scored four consecutive points to end the match, winning the second set, 26-24.

The Senators showed no ill effects of that run at the start of the next set, as they scored the first five points of the third set. Notre Dame as able to make their own set of modest runs, as they narrowed the deficit one on a few occasions, they were never able to take the lead as D&E came away with a 25-21 victory.

Notre Dame started the fourth set very well, scoring four straight points, but the Senators answered with a 7-0 run to take the lead right back. Notre Dame eventually regained the lead, taking a 17-13 advantage, but the Senators responded with an incredible, 12-3 run to end match.
