PITTSBURGH, Pa. – The Notre Dame Falcons extended their winning streak to three with a win over Carlow on Saturday afternoon, but saw that streak come to an end in their final match at the Pioneer Invitational tournament with a loss to the hosts, Point Park. (

The Falcons (4-5) won three matches in the tournament, good enough for a second place finish in a field of five teams.
Notre Dame defeated Carlow in their first match of the day, 3-1 over Carlow, but fell in their final contest, to Point Park by the same score.
Kari KINCANNON and Chandler MASS both earned All tournament team honors for their performances over the weekend.
The Falcons are in action again on Tuesday, Sept. 13, when they take on Lake Erie, in Painsville, Ohio. The match is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
