#Lauren Kobylik# provided #Carly Clarke#'s first collegiate goal giving the Blue and White a 1-0 lead at the 21:12 mark. NDC would hold the lead till the 41:04 mark when Kileigh Williams put the Pioneers level on an individual effort.
Despite the Falcons outshooting the hosts 13-7, the score would remain level through the opening 45 minutes, 1-1.
After the break, Notre Dame would continue to attack the PPU goal, #Katie Christensen# would score her team leading fifth goal of the season on Kobylik's second assist of the match at the 54:42 mark putting the Falcons up 2-1. Colleen Poploski would bring the hosts level at the 79:17 mark on a counter attack, 2-2.
For the third consecutive match, NDC would end regulation tied with their opponents. Having outshot their hosts 25-15 and held a 3-1 advantage in corner kicks through regulation Notre Dame could not break PPU's keeper Anna Shaw.
The Falcons would see Kobylik creative play pay dividends in the 107th minute. Kobylik would beat two defenders in the corner before sending a cross to the near post. Christensen controlled the ball before her shot deflected off of a Pioneer for the match winner.

FULL TIME: Falcons have played six overtime matches, five of them going into the second overtime period for a 1-4-1 record. Last season the Falcons went an impressive 3-1-0 in overtime matches.
