National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) has announced the All-America list for the 2023 fall women's rugby season. Notre Dame College had four players take the award as Mary McLoughlin, Alivia Leatherman, Charlee McCormick, Lucy Leatherman were honored.
 
NDC went 4-0 in the regular season, scoring at least 51 points in three of those games and allowing no more than 22 in a contest. NDC took down Bowling Green State University by a score of 116-0, on Sept. 30.
 
In the NCR Division I National Tournament, the Falcons took down No. 7 ranked Iowa State University, 44-20, and No. 5 Indiana University, 27-13, to capture a regional title for the third consecutive season. The team traveled down to Houston, where they played the top ranked University of Michigan. NDC took runner-up in D1.
 
Alivia Leatherman made the USA National Team roster and played internationally for a part of the regular season, but came back to play in the NCR Tournament.

The Falcons had the second highest number of NCR All-Americans of any team in Division I.
