BUCKHANNON W.Va. / Elkins W.Va. – The Notre Dame College swimming and diving program secured their first win under first year head coach Milan Medo, as both the men's (96-55) and women's (128-46) teams bested West Virginia Wesleyan on Friday. On Saturday, NDC met Davis & Elkins and Wheeling for a tri meet. The Falcon men took down Wheeling 112-107, but fell to D&E 60-170. The women conceded both matches 89-153 to D&E and 102-134 to WU.
On Friday against WV Wesleyan, a slew of NDC Falcons secured first place finishes;

On Saturday against Davis & Elkins and Wheeling,
Courtney Ledbetter paced the Falcons with a pair of first place finishes. The St. Louis, MO native swept the sprint freestyle events, beginning with a 25.93 in the 50 yard freestyle. The junior followed up with a 57.61 in the 100 yard freestyle to secure the sweep. On the men's side,
Luis Aguilar Delgado touched the first in the 200 yard IM (2:00.71).

The Notre Dame College swimming and diving team will be back in the pool on Thursday Nov. 16 through Saturday Nov. 18 for the Midseason Invite hosted by Malone University in Canton, Ohio.
