Noting the Falcons: Last week, Notre Dame went 1-1, beginning with a narrow 69-67 defeat at Davis & Elkins. Redshirt sophomore
Alana Ellis led the Falcons with 22 points, while junior
Lizzie Imrie tallied her first career double-double (14 points, 12 rebounds). On Saturday, NDC avenged their loss with a thrilling 75-65 victory in overtime against West Virginia Wesleyan. Ellis posted a career-high 35 points, as freshman
Noel Weathers generated her first career double-double (17 points, 11 rebounds).

Notre Dame has been led this season by Ellis' 19.6 points per game, ranking sixth in the MEC. She also leads the team in field goals made (69) and attempted (181), three-point field goals made (19), and attempted (63) and free throws attempted (32).

Weathers chips in 8.4 ppg, as she leads the squad in field goal percentage (.458). In addition, she is the Falcons leading rebounder at 6.9 rebounds per game.

Imrie has been doing it all for Notre Dame this season, as she averages 6.0 ppg, while being second in rebounds (5.7) and leading the team in assists (21).

Noting the Spartans: The University of Tampa has not played since Saturday Dec. 3 when they defeated Embry-Riddle 70-55. Sydney Kin led all scorers with 18 points in a double-double performance (14 rebounds). Before that, on Wednesday Nov. 30, the Spartans downed Florida Tech, 83-76 on the back of Kin's game-high 26.

On the year, Tampa boasts four double-digit scorers, led by Kin's 18.5 ppg. Mya Giusto (13.6), Melijah Sullivan (11.3) and Audrey Ramsey (10.9) all follow suit. Kin is ultra-efficient from the floor (55-69), shooting 79.7% to lead the country by nearly 12 percentage points, whereas Giusto is the team's three-point threat at 45.5%.
