BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – Following a stellar weekend in the water, NDC senior Brooke Dobrzanski has earned her first career Mountain East Conference Women's Swimmer of the Week award, present by The Health Plan. She joins teammate and fellow senior Hannah Berlin as NDC Falcons who have won the award this year. (Release) 
 
Dobrzanski powered the NDC women's swimming and diving team over the weekend by winning five of the seven events she competed in against Ashland, Wooster and Bluffton. She reigned victorious in the 50 yard free style, twice (25.93 and 26.06), twice, 400 yard free relay, twice (3:50.43 and 3:50.99), and 100 yard freestyle (56.84).
 
The Monroe, Michigan native tallied a pair of second places in the 400 yard (4:17.93) and 200 yard medley (1:56.37) relays to round out her efficient and effective weekend.
 
The Notre Dame College swimming and diving team will be back in action on Thursday Nov. 17 for the Midseason Invite hosted by Oberlin College.
