Box Score

SOUTH EUCLID, OH — The Notre Dame College Falcons were victors on Wednesday night over the Frostburg State University Bobcats. The Falcons improve to 13-2 with the win, while the Bobcats fall to 2-12.

The game was neck and neck until the fourth quarter, but the Falcons ended up scoring twenty points, shooting 8-15 from the field and draining four three-point shots, and held the Bobcats to shoot 5.6 percent from the field, and zero percent from beyond the arc in the final quarter of regulation play. The Falcons forced the Bobcats to finish with 21 turnovers in the win.

Junior Jada Marone was the leading scorer for the Falcons with 23 points, four assists, three rebounds, two steals, and one block. Marone has scored double-figures in every game of her junior season so far. Sophomore Marina Adachi added 15 points with two assists, and ended the game with a shooting percentage of fifty percent from beyond the arc.

"I was glad the team had a surge of energy in the fourth quarter", said Head Coach Lauren Macer. "The team had a good night of sharing the ball, finishing the game with 16 assists. It was good to see the ball movement and us finishing possessions on both ends of the court during the fourth quarter."

The Falcons will finish their regular season this Saturday with a home game against Alderson Broaddus.
