This Week: Notre Dame College softball opens up the 2020 campaign with their annual Florida trip. On February 27, the Falcons will play Cedarville University at 12:15 p.m. and Davenport University at 2:30 p.m. They will then play Felician University at 10 a.m. and the College of Saint Rose at 12:15 p.m., on February 28. Finally, on February 29, NDC plays Georgian Court University at 2:45 p.m. and University of the Sciences at 5 p.m.
Records: Last season, Notre Dame went 22-34 with a 10-22 record in the MEC. Cedarville has started this season with an 0-8 record, but that includes some tough competition as they have already played No. 13 Lincoln Memorial University, three times. Davenport currently has a 2-5 record, which includes four games on their Florida trip. Last season, Felician put together a record of 15-30 while Saint Rose went 14-24 in 2019. Georgian Court has played six games in Florida and they hold a 1-5 record. USciences opened the season with four games Franklin Pierce, dropping all four games.

Kelsey Stopp enters her second season at the helm of the Falcons. Wes Rowe is in his 13th season with Cedarville and holds a record of 343-287. Amber Bowman is in her first season as the head coach at Davenport and Herb Melendez is in his first season at Felician. Abby Arceneaux enters her seventh season leading Saint Rose. Nicole Degenhardt is now in her fifth season as head coach at Georgian Court. Last season, she led the team to a 46-11 record. Shannon Padula enters her fourth season at USciences. Last season, her team went 9-33.
Rankings: None of these teams were ranked in the preseason NFCA Coaches' Poll.
Series History: Notre Dame has gone 1-1 all-time against Cedarville and 2-2 against Felician. The Falcons have played Georgian Court three times and hold a 2-1 record against them. NDC has never played Davenport, University of Sciences or the College of Saint Rose.
