This Week:Â Notre Dame College women's lacrosse plays Ohio Valley University at home on March 29, at 4 p.m. They will then travel to Wheeling Jesuit University on March 31, to play at 1 p.m.
Records: Notre Dame is currently 3-5 on the season and 1-1 in the MEC. Ohio Valley is 4-2 and Wheeling Jesuit has a record of 5-3 (2-0 MEC).
Coaches Corner:Â Pam Jenkins is now in her third season as the head coach at NDC with an overall record of 8-26. Max Ruhl enters his third season as the head coach of the OVU program and holds a record of 6-19. At Wheeling Jesuit, Jennifer Pawlowski is in her first season.

Series History: Notre Dame has not played Ohio Valley and has an all-time record of 2-4 against Wheeling Jesuit since 2013.
Noting the Falcons: Notre Dame looks to get comfortable on their home turf after playing just one of their first eight games on Normandy Field. Last week, the Falcons lost to Ursuline College but then found success on the road against West Virginia Wesleyan College, winning their first conference game in three years, 11-9. They fell to Shepherd, on Sunday, which was also played on the road.
Katie Wendell led the team with six goals over those three games. This season,
Danyelle Hardy is fifth in the Mountain East Conference with 2.56 goals per game and
Selena Carter is sixth at 2.38 goals per game. Hardy has 19 goals while Carter has 17. NDC scores 10.5 goals per game this season and they take care of the ball, posting a .801 clear percentage.

Selena Carter leads with eight free position goals. The Falcons lead the conference with 9.67 caused turnovers per game and
Katie Wendell leads the team with 11 caused turnovers.
Noting the Fighting Scots: Ohio Valley is on a two-game winning streak, and during the streak, they have won by an average of 14 points. The team has scored, at least, 15 goals in all of their wins this season. Three Fighting Scots have scored 20 goals, or more, this season. Kayla Stewart and Taylor Baker have both scored 22 goals while Emily Prentice has scored 21 points, dished out 17 assists and caused 19 turnovers. Cheyenne Jess has played every minute in goal for OVU this season and has a save percentage of 40-percent (34 saves). Ohio Valley has won four games this season after winning two games in their first two seasons as a program. Ohio Valley scores 15.33 goals, on average. The Fighting Scots are scoring 8.3 points in the first half of games, seven goals in the second half and they get the ball down the field with a 78-percent clear percentage.
Noting the Cardinals: After losing their first two games and scoring less than 10 goals in both games, Wheeling Jesuit has rattled off five wins in their last six contests. Over the last six games, WJU has averaged 15.3 goals per game. Mackenzie Kaderabak has scored 28 goals this season, which equates to four per game, putting her at the top of the MEC in that category. Wheeling Jesuit is second in the MEC with 13.25 goals scored per game and second in points per game with 18.38. Ally Coggins leads the league with 17 assists. Kaderabak (4.57) and Coggins (3.62) are second and fifth, respectively, in points per game. They also have scored five woman-up goals and four woman-down goals, tied for the league lead in both. Paige Orbell is at the top of the conference with 31 ground balls and Goalie Emma Stair has allowed just 9.67 goal each game, which is the best in the MEC.
