Pam Jenkins was named Head Coach of the Notre Dame College women's lacrosse program on July 21, 2016. She is entering her fourth season with the Falcons.

On Aug. 21, 2017, Jenkins was named Senior Woman Administrator.

Jenkins has coached one First Team All-Mountain East Conference player, senior Darbie Barkman, in 2017. Freshmen Danyelle Hardy and Victoria Eiland were named to the All-MEC Honorable Mention team in 2019.

The program saw a much improved 2019 campaign. The Falcons won seven games, which was the most for NDC since 2014 (eight wins). They also were victorious in three conference games, which represented the highest number of wins since joining the Mountain East Conference in 2015.

Jenkins comes to NDC from Oberlin College where she was an assistant for 3 season under Lynda McCandlish. During her time there the Yeo women compiled a record of 29-18 which included playing in the conference championship game in 2015. During the 2015 season, as Acting Head Coach, Jenkins led the team to a 10-7 record.

Prior to Oberlin College, Pam spent 2 years at the University of Vermont as an assistant coach (2006-2008). Jenkins resume also consists of being the Head Coach at the University of New Haven and she started the lacrosse program at Missouri Baptist University.

Pam is originally from White Plains, New York where she first started playing lacrosse at Rye Country Day School. She played lacrosse at Hartwick College and American University.

In 2002, Pam graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a BA in Political Science and ended her college playing career as a member of the women’s basketball team.

In 2005, Pam graduated from the University of New Haven with an MS in Management of Sports Industries.  

Coach Jenkins is married to Kerry Jenkins who is the Head Women’s basketball Coach at Oberlin College and they have 3 children Helene, Javin and Josiah.
