2019-20: Appeared in 22 games... Scored 41 points and grabbed 27 rebounds... Shot 41-percent from the field... Went 11-for-11 from the free throw line.

2018-19: Saw action in six games and made two starts... Shot 4-for-8 from the field and collected eight points and grabbed four rebounds... Received a medical redshirt. 

High School: Participated in basketball at Lakewood High School... As a senior, led Lakewood to the Southwestern Conference Championship and the best record in school history (22-3)... Named team captain, team MVP, First Team All-Conference, Cleveland.com Fab 50 list, GCBCA All-Star Game selection, as well as LHS Male Athlete of the Year in his senior campaign... Accumulated two First Team All-South Western Conference honors in his career.

Personal: Son of Kate and Spencer Sala... Majoring in emergency management and policy studies.
