Kevin Bille took the helm of Notre Dame Basketball in 2003. Under his leadership, the Falcon program has earned its best-ever record (19-13, 2006-07), its first-ever postseason appearance (2006-07), and its first-ever Division Championship (2007-08).

Prior to joining the Falcons, Bille compiled an extensive list of coaching and playing credentials, which include coaching at Walsh University after playing four years in its basketball program.

As a player at Walsh, Bille went to the Final Four in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Tournament in 1995. In 1997, the team reached a No. 1 national ranking, which was also a first in school history. In his career at Walsh, Bille was a two-time All-league selection as a point guard. He scored 1,135 points and ranked second all-time in three-pointers made with 196 and third in assists with 383.

Following his career at Walsh, Bille played professionally in Iserlohn, Germany. In his one year with the Kangaroos, he averaged 20 points and five assists per game. With the conclusion of the season, he returned to Walsh as a graduate assistant for two seasons in which time, the team won the American Mideast Conference (AMC) and participated in the National Tournament in 2002.

The following year, Bille became an assistant for Tiffin University's men's basketball program, a position he held for one year before being named to his NDC position.

Arriving on College Road in 2003, Bille built up NDC’s program from the depths of a combined 9-49 mark in the program’s inaugural and “sophomore” campaigns over 2001-02 and 2002-03. The Falcons won a combined 22 games in 2003-04 and 2004-05, in Bille’s first two years. NDC then went 19-13 overall and 8-2 in the AMC North Division in 2006-07 to earn its first-ever postseason berth.

In 2007-08, Bille’s Falcons found their way to a share of a North Division crown with a 7-3 mark (14-15 overall). That same season, the Falcons’ bench boss was also as a Head Coach in the 2008 Collegiate Basketball Invitational, an all-star tournament featuring the top college players in the nation from the NAIA and from NCAA Division II and III institutions.

In 2009-10, Bille led the Falcons to second AMC North Division Championship, and another postseason berth, as they broke a school record, with 20 victories.

In 2009, Bille was named Assistant Athletic Director of Fundraising.

A Brewster, Ohio native, Bille earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and a Master's Degree in Education from Walsh. Kevin and his wife Erin have two children - Camden and Grant. They reside in Macedonia, Ohio.
