WINTER PARK, FL – Day one of Notre Dame's (3-8) annual spring break trip in Florida featured national powerhouse, No. 16 Rollins College (16-2). Tuesday afternoon was highlighted by a pitcher's duel between the Falcons and the Tars, with Rollins prevailing 3-0.

Austin Mora got the nod for the Falcons as he tossed four innings allowing two earned on four hits.
Rollins struck first in the bottom of the fourth inning with an RBI double to left field, followed by an RBI single to center during the very next at bat (2-0).
Devin Fish came on in relief for Notre Dame and tossed two scoreless innings, recording two strikeouts.
Jesse Clark also contributed solid relief out of the NDC pen with a scoreless inning of his own.
Nick Farrell tallied the Falcons only hit in the top of the seventh inning by connecting with a ball to right field.
RC would tally an insurance run after a safety squeeze bunt in the bottom of the eighth to take a 3-0 advantage.
Notre Dame College will be back in action on Wednesday Mar. 9 against Minnesota State-Mankato. The game is slated for 4:00 p.m. at Northeast Regional Park #1 in Davenport, FL.
