Box Score
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Notre Dame's offense was on target on Saturday afternoon, putting 27-of-31 shots on goal in downing Davenport (Mich.), 16-2.

A balanced NDC performance was on display as the Falcons (4-1) won by a double-digit margin for a second straight game. In wins over West Virginia Wesleyan (March 16) and Davenport, Notre Dame has outscored the opposition, 29-4.

Saturday's foe was a Davenport Panther squad that had won 6-of-8 coming into the game. DU had yielded just 9.3 goals per contest over those eight games.

A high-octane NDC offense managed to trump that average by halftime on Saturday.

Kristen Hull opened the game's scoring 30 seconds in when she whipped a shot past Davenport goalkeeper Lena Henderson. With just a half-minute elapsed, that Hull netfinder came on the first shot of the contest. Notre Dame went on to score six goals in its first eight shots. Over a dominant first eight minutes, NDC outscored Davenport, 6-0, with Hull and Shana Edwards each scoring two.

The host Panthers didn't score until the 10:22-mark, and by that point the Falcons had built an 8-0 lead. NDC went on to build a 12-2 lead by halftime, with the Falcons outshooting the Panthers, 20-7.

Hull was one of eight NDC players to score in the first half. She scored five goals over the first 30 minutes.

Notre Dame scored on each of its three shots in the second stanza to open up a 15-2 lead. The Falcons would score once more in the second, a period that saw them shut out the Panthers, 4-0.

Amanda Matusik and Lauren Ragsdale each made two saves in splitting goalkeeper duties in the second half. Kelsey Harvey was between the pipes over the game's first 30 minutes.

For the 60-minute affair, Notre Dame outshot Davenport, 31-17. The Falcons put 27 on goal while the Panthers landed six. NDC was a plus-11 (21-10) in turnover margin.

Hull finished the game with five goals to lead all scorers. She has now scored 16 this season. Katherine Doraty added two goals and an assist. Madalyn Dewling, Jill Dixon and Shannan Edwards each tallied two goals in the game.

Elyse Houck and Mickayla Meola each garnered three ground balls.

Notre Dame's 14-goal margin was the program's largest since April 12, 2011 (18-4 over Urbana).
