Notre Dame (6-4) got four goals apiece from #Katie Christensen#, #Jen Hrobuchak# and #Jenn Morse#, as the Blue & White ventured into 20-goal territory for the third time this season. In defeating Tiffin (0-9) -- a start-up program in this 2010 season -- the Falcons have now outscored their opponents, 76-12, over their four-game win streak.
NDC got eight unanswered goals before the Dragons scored their first at 14:03. The Falcons outshot TU, 16-3, in the first, en route to building a 10-1 halftime lead.
The visiting Dragons managed three goals on five second-half shots. Notre Dame scored 10 more goals in the second to close out the 20-4 victory.
For the game, NDC got goals from eight players. Christensen and Morse led the Falcon attack; they each garnered four netfinders and two assists. Morse and Hrobuchak each scored their four goals on five shots. For the sixty minutes, Notre Dame outshot Tiffin, 35-8. The Falcons put 29 shots on goal; their 57.1 percent accuracy mark is their best since March 5.
#Ally Phillips# and #Marissa Lundgren# split the game in goal for NDC.
Allyn Saling paced Tiffin, with two goals and an assist.
With the victory at Korb Field, NDC is now 4-0 at home this season and has won 15 straight on their home field.
Notre Dame will look to continue their winning ways at home in their next game -- a 3 p.m. tilt against Sheppard (W. Va.) on Saturday, April 10.
