Amanda Cameron has excelled in the water this season. She has competed in several different races throughout the season. She grabbed a first place finish in the 200 Backstroke in the Alderson Broaddus meet. She also finished with a time of 11:20.43 in day one of the Appalachian Swimming Championships, which was the third fastest in school history. She had set a person record in the 1000 Freestyle earlier in the season in a meet at California, Pa. She holds a GPA of 3.4 while she studies Nursing.
