In his five years with NDC, Duncan Williams has already renovated three different locker rooms and also created an indoor golf facility on campus. He has been an assistant coach on the Notre Dame College men's basketball staff since 2019 and the Director of Golf since 2023.
Prior to arriving at NDC, Williams was on the men's basketball coaching staff at Alderson Broaddus University for eight seasons, capturing four different conference championships. He was a part of a staff that started ten new sports, along with creating all new facilities for Mountain East Conference counterpart Alderson Broaddus University.
Williams began his collegiate playing career at Winthrop University, where he played soccer, before transferring to Shepherd University prior to his junior year. At Shepherd, Williams played both basketball and soccer, serving as the captain for the men’s basketball team during the 2006-07 season and captain of the men’s soccer team during the 2008 season.
He graduated in 2009 with a BA in Business Management and also earned a Master’s in Athletic Administration from West Virginia University. He, Brittany and their newborn Vivian reside in Willoughby, Ohio.
