Biography

2007-08 (Freshman):  Finished season with a record of 2-0 … recorded pins in both matches … placed second at the Mount Union Open (1/20).

 Prior to NDC:  Transferred from Edinboro (PA) University … 2007 graduate of Massillon Perry High School … earned four letters in wrestling and one in football for the Panthers … two-time State (Ohio – Division I) Champion as a junior (135 pounds) and senior (152) … placed fifth at the State Championships (140) as a sophomore … placed fourth at the State Championships (130) as a freshman.

 

Personal:  Thomas Straughn … born March 2, 1988 … son of Bob Straughn and Jennifer Davis.
