Notre Dame College Athletics

2019: Played in 18 games, starting 17, as a freshman... Put the ball into the net 30 times, including one game-winner... Ranked second on the team with 11 free position goals, and is now tied for third in NDC single-season history with that number... Averaged 0.61 free position goals per game, which was seventh highest in the Mountain East Conference... Had eight multi-goal games... Led the team with 37 ground balls and was third on the team with 20 caused turnovers and 42 draw controls... Won the first MEC Offensive Player of the Week after scoring 10 goals over her first two games, including six against Ashland on February 23, and assisted on three... Named to the All-MEC Academic Team.  

High School: Participated in lacrosse, soccer, basketball and cross country at Colonial High School... Named to All-Metro team... Excelled off the field as a Scholar Athlete... Was a member of the National Honor Society and Hispanic Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Lourdes and Oscar Diaz... Plans on majoring in sports management.
