Emily Thomson joined the NDC women's lacrosse coaching staff in the fall of 2022.

She played lacrosse at Notre Dame College from 2018-22, totaling 59 games played. She had 18 goals, 10 assists and 11 caused turnovers. Thomson was a part of back-to-back MEC Championship teams.
