Notre Dame College Athletics

Formica joined Notre Dame Coaching Staff in 2007 as the Head Women’s and Assistant Men’s Golf coach. Formica served as a student assistant during the 2006-07 academic year. Formica was promoted to Head Men's Golf Coach prior to the 2008-09 season.

Before entering the coaching world, Formica played for two seasons at NDC (2004-06) where he was captain of the Blue and White men’s golf team. Prior to his arrival on College Road, he was a member of the men’s golf team at Lakeland Community College where he served as captain in his second season.

In addition to his playing career, the first-year coach has served as a caddy and golf service assistant  at Canterbury Golf Club in Shaker Heights.

Formica resides in University Heights.
