Biography

2015: Made 17 starts behind the dish and appeared in 20 games...hit .316 on the season, which was fourth best on the team...had three runs, five RBIs and an on bas percentage of .409. 

2014: Appeared in 16 games, made 14 starts as a catcher...hit .216 on the season, and drove in nine runs with 8 hits in 37 at bats. 

Prior to NDC: Was a catcher for head coach John Russell and the Chargers of Clarkson High School...garnered team MVP during the 2010, 2011 and 2012 seasons at Clarkson... earned Clarkson High School Athlete of the Year after his senior season (2012)...also ran cross country and played volleyball for the Chargers...majoring in Biology (exercise science)...son of Jim and Tanya Findlay...Troy's father Jim was a catcher for the Eastern Michigan University Hurons (now known as the Eagles).
