Biography

Prior to NDC: A 2011 graduate of Defiance High School … earned four varsity letters for coach Ken Brandon … captained the Bulldogs to the District Semifinals while batted .493 with six doubles, three home runs, and a triple, driving in 18 RBI with a .946 fielding percentage and striking out 176 batters in 132.67 innings pitched while holding a 3.37 ERA earning Second Team All-Western Buckeye League as a senior … led the Bulldogs to the Western Buckeye League Championship and District Finals striking out 74 batters while earning Second Team All-District and WBL Honorable Mention as a sophomore.
 
Personal: Megan Alyssa Turner … born July 17, 1992 … daughter of Rob and Chris Turner … cousins Darren and Trevin Flickinger ran cross country for the University of Toledo.
