Ante Pilekic

Ante Pilekic joined the men’s soccer staff as an assistant coach in January 2017. He will be entering his fourth season.

Ante’s primary role on staff is as the head coach of the development team, in addition he also serves as a first team assistant coach and also helps with the recruiting and identification of student-athletes.

Since joining the staff, the Falcons have put together a 25-10-2 record, as well as, 19 conference wins. In 2018, the program earned their first NCAA Playoff berth since 2015.
 
Prior to NDC, Pilekic served as an assistant coach at Lakeland Community College from 2006-2008 and then as head coach at Lake Catholic High School where he helped guide the boys team to a state final four in 2009, which serves as one of the best accomplishments, if not the best in program history. In addition to these roles, Pilekic also coaches from Team Challenger FC and has helped several teams advance to the regional championships.
 
A native of Mentor, Ohio, Pilekic holds his NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma, his NSCAA Goalkeeping Diploma and his USSF D license.
