Coach Neymeiyer re-joined the Notre Dame coaching staff in February 2016. He was orignally part of the NDC coaching staff from 2010-12, as the assistant offensive line coach. In 2016, he will serve as the Run Game Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach.Â
Prior to his return to the Falcons, Neymeiyer coached at Baldwin-Wallace and Eastern Michigan. He was in Eastern Michigan during the 2014-15 seasons, where he served as the Assistant Offensive Line Coach. He worked directly with the Offensive Line Coach and Offensive Coordinator. In 2015, they posted the fourth best offense in the history of the program. He coached a lineman that made it to an NFL camp, and another that was the 41st overall pick in the CFL draft.
Neymeiyer was the offensive line coach at Baldwin Wallace in 2013. During his tenure with the Yellow Jackets, they averaged 236 yards per game on the ground, posted a 6-4 overall record, and he coached two All-Conference players as well as one All-American.Â
He had a very successful career as a student-athlete at Wabash College from 2005-09. During his tenture at Wabash, they posted a 40-7 record, he was a three year starter, and a team captain. They won four NCAC Championships, and he earned First Team All-Conference, First Team All-North Region, and D3Football.com All-American honors.Â
Neymeiyer is an active member of the AFCA. He earned his BA from Wabash in 2009, before earning a Masters degree in Sports Management from Eastern Michigan, and a Masters in Educational Technology in Progress at NDC. He also designed the new field at Eastern Michigan, which was voted the second best playing surface in all of college football.Â
The Bay City, Mich., native currently resides in South Euclid, Ohio.Â
