Cosby comes to Notre Dame College following a four year stint as an assistant coach at Baldwin-Wallace College (2005-2008), were he was the defensive backs coach, and recruiting coordinator.
Upon graduation from Wilmington College in May of 2001, Cosby became an assistant at his alma mater (2001-2003) and coached the wide receivers and assisted with the offensive scout team. He became the assistant defensive backfield coach in 2003. In 2004 Cosby coached one season at Cincinnati Hughes, as the wide receivers, and defensive backs coach. He also coached one spring season in South Florida at Flanagan High School.
During his athletic career, Cosby started four years at Wilmington College as a wide receiver, earning second-team All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors and USA Football All-American accolades as a senior. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education.
Cosby resides in Berea with his wife Dana.
