Macklin Coleman joined the Notre Dame College football coaching staff in August 2022 as the special teams coordinator, tight ends coach and recruiting coordinator.

Coleman's sisters are also coaching at NDC with Kelsey at the helm of the softball team and Riley now an assistant with the volleyball program. His father, Donald, is an assistant coach on the NDC softball program.
