Christian LeMay

Christian LeMay joined the Notre Dame College football coaching staff as the team's Wide Receiver Coach in spring of 2019. He comes to NDC after a season coaching at Jacksonville State.

In his first season at Notre Dame, LeMay coached his receiving core to the fourth-best reception rating in the Mountain East Conference as the Falcons caught 60.2 percent of passes that came their way. Senior wide out Marvelle Ross ranked third in the Mountain East with 998 yards receiving. Ross was named First Team All-MEC and Second Team All-Region as a wide receiver. 

Prior to NDC, LeMay has a wide range of experience, which started at the Shrine Bowl where he worked as the offensive coordinator for the 7th grade team. From there he worked at the Jameis Winston/Hardknocks Training Camp before starting his own skills camp, Arrow Quarterback Training, where he trained with several quarterbacks. 

While the Wide Receivers Coach at Jacksonville State, the team went 9-4, 7-1 OVC. LeMay coached a receiving duo of Josh Pearson, who totaled 1,123 yards and 17 touchdowns, and Jamari Hester, who racked up 864 yards and 11 touchdowns. 

LeMay also had a very successful career as a player. He was recruited to the University of Georgia as a quarterback and spent three seasons with the Bulldogs before transferring to Jacksonville State. He played at the professional level in the American Arena League with the Carolina Energy and in the Indoor Football League with the Green Bay Blizzard. In high school, LeMay was one of the most highly-touted recruits as the fifth-ranked quarterback in the 2010 class. He was named ESPN Junior Player of the Year in 2009 and North Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year.

LeMay has a Bachelor of Arts degree (2013), and a Master's degree in Sports Management (2015) from Jacksonville State University.Â
