Biography

2015: Was limited to just two games due to injury. 

2014: Earned First Team All Mountain East Conference honors after an outstanding season, where he struck out 80 batters in 77.1 inning of action...posted a 7-3 record with a 2.79 ERA, and tossed seven complete games, including four shutouts...opposing batters hit just .206 against him. 

Career at NDC: Was a two-year letter winner for head coach Larry Frisa and the Ranger Bears of Spencerport High School in Spencerport, New York...was also a four-year letter winner for the Ranger Bears hockey team...spent his first two collegiate seasons at Suny Jefferson Community College...earned team MVP and all-conference honors in 2013...transferred to NDC for the fall 2013 semester and is currently majoring in political science...son of Bob and Jennifer Welch.
