Prior to NDC: Earned three letters at Avon High School …earned Second  Team All-Conference as a junior and a senior …First Team All-County (Lorain) as a senior …also played golf and basketball for the Eagles.

Personal: Daniel Edward Yonkof ... born November 1, 1985 ... son of Marty and Carol Yonkof ... majoring in education.
