Ron Pruitt

Pruitt has been with Notre Dame for three years.

He played nine seasons in the MLB after being drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 2nd round of the 1972 Major League Baseball amateur draft. Pruitt became a Cleveland Indian in 1976 after playing 14 games in Texas during the previous season. He played with the Indians for six seasons, seeing action in 288 games with 25 doubles and 79 RBI over that span. He also played with the Chicago White Sox and the San Francisco Giants.
