Joe Charboneau has been with Notre Dame College since January 2016.

Charboneau was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 2nd round of the 1976 Major League Baseball amateur draft. After being traded to the Cleveland Indians and played with the Indians from 1980 until 1982. He was named AL Rookie of the Year in 1980, when he hit .289 with 17 doubles, 23 home runs and drove in 87 RBI in 131 games.
