Biography

2015: Hit .267 on the season, while playing in 19 games, and started 16 of those...had 12 hits, scored nine runs and drove in nine as well. 

2014: Was NDC's primary catcher, playing in 34 games, including 29 starts...hit .235 on the season with 20 hits, five doubles and 14 RBIs. 

Prior to NDC: Earned two varsity letters as a catcher for head coach Bryan Celik and the Bulldogs of Stow Munroe-Falls High School...named a first-team All-Northeast Ohio Conference player (2013)...SMFHS Offensive player of the year and All-NOC honorable mention (2012)...majoring in Education (Math)...son of Robert and Stacey Hurd.
