2019: Competed in 49 games, making 45 starts... Ended the season with a .270 batting average... Recorded 40 hits, 17 runs, 14 RBIs,  seven doubles, two triples and six stolen bases. 

2018: Started 41 games... Recorded a .273 batting average with 41 hits... Totaled 29 runs and 22 RBIs... Led the team with 13 stolen bases... Tallied 10 extra-base hits with four doubles, three triples and three home runs. 

2017: Played in 44 games, making 43 starts... Had a .270 average with 43 hits... Recorded 22 runs, 17 RBIs and nine doubles.

Previous School: Participated in baseball at Miami (Ohio).

High School: Participated in baseball, basketball and golf at Elida High School... Named All-Ohio Honorable Mention, First Team All-District and First Team Western Buckeye League... Earned Allen County Athlete of the Year for Fellowship of Christian Athletes honors... Broke school's career hits record... Excelled in the classroom as well as a member of National Honor Society... Graduated as Salutatorian.

Personal: Son of Lori and Timothy Purdy... Majoring in chemistry with a minor in math.
