2021: Played in and started all 15 games... Led the team in goals (47), points (54), shots (104), shots on goal (87), game-winning goals (3)... added 24 ground balls, 14 caused turnovers and 35 draw controls... In NDC single season history, she ranked second in shots on goal, third in shots on goal per game, sixth in shots attempted and ninth in goals scored... Named First Team All-MEC.

Prior to NDC: Played lacrosse at Radford University... Named a captain and earned a spot on the Dean's List all four years.

High School: Participated in lacrosse, track and field and basketball at Minisink Valley High School... Named a captain and earned two First Team All-Conference awards... Helped her team win three conference championships... Excelled in the classroom and was named to the Honor Roll.

Personal: Daughter of Barbara and Patrick Paino... Majoring in national security.
