Biography

2018-19: Named All-American... Won both matchups in the Maryville Duals... Beat Connor Dixon (Urbana), Armani Robinson (Findlay) and Brody Conner (UIndy) to take first place in the Regional Championship, at 184 lbs... Went 2-0 in the first two matchups in the National Championship before defeating No. 2 Heath Gray (Central Oklahoma)... He lost to Michael Pixley (McKendree) in the championship match... Took home second place.

2017-18: Named 2018 All-American and Academic All-American... Finished in eighth place at the National Championship at 184 lbs... Defeated Aidan Pasiuk (Wheeling Jesuit) by decision to take third place at the Division II Super Regional.

2016-17: At the National Duals, earned a victory in the only match that he competed in by defeating Qiante Wagner (McKendree University) with an 8-6 decision.

High School: Participated in wrestling at Schaumburg High School.

Personal: Son of Jill and Mike Vezzetti... Majoring in integrated social studies/education.
