2013: Finished sixth at NCAA Division II National Championships…earned All-American honors...finished third at Midwest Regional.

Prior to NDC: Transferred from Utah Valley University…a 2009 graduate of Vestavia Hills High School …was a two-time Alabama State Champion.

Personal: Martin Benjamin Carlson…born December 23, 1989…son of Martin and Sherry Carlson…majoring in Public Administration…father played football for East Carolina University.
