KENT, Ohio – On Jan. 27, Notre Dame College track and field traveled to the Kent State Athletics Fieldhouse, going up against tough competition spanning across NCAA Division I, II and III.
Kalie Blaising ran an 8.4 in the 60-meter dash, taking 18th in the prelims, while also competing at the 400m dash finals with
Gabrielle Minick.
Samantha Comer took 13th in the 60m hurdle prelims, finishing with a time of 9.51.
On the men's side, Dante Abrams and
Devetress Green both ran in the 60m dash.
Patrick McIlroy (2:09.19) grabbed 21st in the 800m and
DeAco Curry took 25th in the one-mile finals.
Notre Dame will travel to Ashland University on Feb. 2 and 3, for the Third Jud Logan Light Giver Open.
