SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio – Notre Dame College wrapped up the season with a conference game against Wheeling Jesuit University while seniors

Bailey Reardon were honored before the contest, on Sunday afternoon. Wheeling Jesuit's defense held NDC to two goals, as the Falcons fell 21-2.
Wheeling Jesuit (6-9, 4-1 MEC) put the first goal on the scoreboard with 23:13 remaining in the first half. In the span of 10 minutes, WJU scored seven additional goals and at the 13:45-mark, the Cardinals led 8-0. Hayley Holmquist scored three goals during the run.
WJU tacked on one more goal, but junior
Taylor Henderson came up big for Notre Dame (3-11, 0-5 MEC) on the offensive end with two consecutive goals between the 8:01-mark and the 7:35-mark in the first half.
Wheeling Jesuit went on to lead by a score of 10-2 at halftime.
The Cardinals then scored 11 goals in the second half, including a man-up goal with 1:02 to go in the game. A goal by Holmquist with 26:59 gave WJU a 10 goal lead, 12-2.
For Wheeling Jesuit, Holmquist had five goals while Kate Calder, Kori Hickman and Ally Coggins each had three goals. Coggins collected six points with the three goals and three assists. Calder caused three turnovers. As a team, the Cardinals won 13 draw controls.
