SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio -- Notre Dame sophomore forward #Eric Dummermuth# was named the American Mideast Conference player of the week, for the week of Jan. 18-24.  

Dummermuth averaged 17.7 points and 12 rebounds over three Falcon victories last week.  The Dover, Ohio, native has earned the honor five times this season.  On Thursday, Jan. 21, he became the fifth player in program history to score 1,000 points in his career.  

For the week, Dummermuth shot 58 percent (18-for-31) from the field, and added seven steals, four assists and a blocked shot.
